General Questions


I have paid for the product but haven't heard anything. Why?

After you have made a payment, an email will automatically be sent to the email you used when making the purchase. The email will contain all the information you require. Please make sure that all your spam and junk filters are configured to accept emails from cheapshareware.co.uk. If you have paid with echeque then this may take up to four (4) days to clear through PayPal.
I have had to reinstall the program but I have lost my serial number. Can you help?

You can retrieve your serial number anytime by using our online key retrieval system.
I need to download my registered program again, how do I do it?

If you need to download a previously purchased program, you can do this from our support page. Please note that this method does not include and programs that have been purchased on cd. For cd replacements, please email support.
PayPal doesn't support my country. What can I do?

PayPal currently supports 56 countries. If you live outside one of these countries and wish to make a payment, please contact support and we shall try to seek an alternative for you.
I need to replace the cd I bought from you, how do I do it?

If you have bought a cd and need a replacement, then please contact support.
There will be a small charge for all replacement cd's.
